Richard Philburn

Richard Philburn or known as Possum is our newly elected presiding member who is on his second term on the board. He has two daughters currently in the senior class Te Ngahere and has a management role in his job. Possum has an "ear for listening" and the ability to provide a fresh perspective and ideas, which allows sound and strategic decision making.
