• Create stimulating environments that enable children to maintain high standards of personal achievement in all areas. - Celebrate the significant cultural diversity that exist in Tokoroa through various activities including the Polynesian Festival.
• Improve the educational outcomes for all our students including Maori and Pacific Island students.
• Enhance the children‘s skill development and appreciation of music, art and drama through activities including choir and school productions.
• Use learning areas outside the school where appropriate eg Camp.
• Provide opportunity for children to participate in a variety of sporting activities including inter-school competition and tournaments.
• Utilise teachers with special skills and abilities to benefit children throughout the school.
• Utilise computers and related technology including digital cameras and interactive whiteboards
